Which Credit Cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, and American Express cards are accepted.
Can I Cancel my "Special Order"?
Under certain circumstances you may, as long as the item is not in production or the manufacturer/supplier agrees. If the order has already been processed or received by us we will request a return, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation or return is possible. If it is possible and there are charges you will be resposible for those restocking charges. We normally require a deposit on nonstock "Special Order" items.
How long does it take to get a credit?
We will submit all stock credits within 1 to 4 working days. On "Special Orders" it depends on the Manufacturer/Supplier and their Policies and Pocedures.
How do I handle damaged items?
Upon delivery if any damage is noticed on the item or the carton it should be brought to the attention immediately of the delivery person. Note should be made on the ticket and, if possible, the item returned at that time and we will replace it. If time has passed we will do what we can but we will not know when damage occurred. We cannot promise the outcome.
Can I return normal stock items I don't want?
As long as they are in good resalable condition and we stock the item you may return it. You will be required to have your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Do you have charge accounts?
Yes we do. They are normally set up for professional builders or new house construction. We also have retail accounts on customers who use us on a regular bsais. All accounts must have filled out completely a credit application and have it properly signed. If the account meets our credit requirements we will open an account. All accounts are due in full on the 10th of the month following the purchase. Any past due accounts will be subject to a 1 1/2% monthly finance charge. Any account over 90 days is subject to legal action and legal fees will be added.
